1. Donations and Contributions

At Khandelwal Vaishya Dham, all donations made through our website https://khandelwaldham.org are considered final and non-refundable. Donors are requested to thoroughly verify all details before making any donation or offering.

Since donations are voluntary and intended to support religious, cultural, and community-related activities, we do not offer refunds once a donation is successfully processed, unless under exceptional circumstances as noted below.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof and transaction details.

Upon verification, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you have registered for an event, program, or booked a service (such as religious rituals or accommodations) through our website, you may cancel your registration by contacting us at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled date.

Cancellations requested within this timeframe may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the service booked and any non-refundable costs already incurred. Cancellations made after this window are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).

5. No Refund on Tax Benefits

Once a donation receipt has been issued for tax exemption purposes under applicable Indian laws (e.g., 80G), no refund request will be entertained for that transaction.
